			Ever since that day, Arritz was welcome to spend time at Hop's home and was introduced similarly to Bop's own family, who took Arritz in like an adopted brother. Many orbits passed as the two became closer and found a respect for each other's differences, as Arritz took full pride and effort into his military training, whereas Bop lagged whenever he could. This caused them to remain friends, but grow apart up until Arritz was sealed. Upon discovery, Bop visited the '''[[Arritz-Nido Memorial]]''' for his entire life until Arritz was freed from the sword, where the two quickly found time to relax together again.

			Bop donated a large portion of his music collection to Arritz when the Hop Civil War came to an end, and Arritz left the known universe for retirement during the Second Great Hop Expansion. The largest world in the known Universe, K'Ursa stands as the capital world of '''The''' '''K'Ursan Federation''' and one of the largest powers in the universe. They are allied with all Hoppists and treated as equals, with their world being generally off-limits to Hoppists due to '''[[The Alliance Treaty]]''' signed by '''Sop''' and '''Buddy'''. For eons, ancient, ageless beings worked to create a republic that eventually grew into a universal federation of governing bodies across the stars. Many races and beings are extremely hostile to Hops and even fleshies, however K'Ursans (also called bears) are generally friendly, stoic and comedians, making good relations with many races others cannot. Their planet resembles their demeanor in many ways such as history, societies and peaceful atomosphere.

=== Early K'Ursan History ===
Most of the native bears (also called the K'Ursan race), are a fluff race like the hops, and have mostly chosen to live dormant in caves or underground, with few living on the mountains. Due to the lack of a strong source of water and plant life, K'Ursans tend to rest and travel rarely. Once other races began to arrive at their gigantic planet, development rapidly occurred. K'Ursans reached outward for the first time, and actively played a role in bringing other races together, despite their own troubles with each other. Being a great mediator race, due to leaders like Buddy, they've greatly contributed to the growth of the societies in the Universe between all peoples.

While mostly peaceful, the K'Ursans tend to display extreme natural strength, requiring dozens of smaller beings to contend with them at once. Due to this, the formation of the K'Ursan Federation was the driving factor behind K'Ursans leading the military growth within the allied forces. Due to these high standards, they are one of the only races responsible for the training and recruitment of other races into the K'Ursan military, and even most of their allies. While being a Federation, most of the allies governed and created militaries by themselves, however they all agreed to share a currency, and adopt the K'Ursan units of measurement and their other scientific standards.

Intelligent and old, Buddy was the de facto leader of the K'Ursan people, being extremely wise and fair, even in Sop's opinion. As their people grew, Buddy made K'Ursa a neutral territory for every Federation ally to make home or their location of business, due to its popularity and central location between highly populated galactic clusters.

=== Prior to First Great Hop Expansion ===
The Hops aren't the only race to chart and conquer the stars. K'Ursans are a bear fluff race that believe all races to be equal in space. They were discovered by Sop, prior to the true First Great Hop Expansion. As a race, they did their own development by this time, but have not yet met the hops or explored their side of the Universe.

In this time, Sop met Buddy, the leader of his world, much like himself. Around this time, they created '''[[The Alliance Treaty]]'''. Glossing over details and superficial rules, the treaty's purpose is to ensure Hops treated K'Ursans as equals, as several members on either side disliked each other greatly, despite the fondness of the leaders.

Sop and Buddy interacted often, and Buddy was invited to watch Sop baptize his son after he was created. Buddy also enlisted Hop as a citizen, as both stars used in the baptism were in K'Ursan space. Sop renamed himself and Buddy granted him temporary rights as a citizen to visit his son. Sop left Hop on K'Ursa as he feared his child would be infinitely more powerful than him, and trusted the K'Ursan leader and his brother (who almost entirely outclassed Sop in strength) to keep his power in check. They were not to train him, only to oversee he did not act out of order in a degree that would cause damage to the universe, since Karrots' new army was too small to handle a being above Sop's power in a battle. Hop's mother visited in her spouse's place to raise her son while Sop engaged intense training for a year on Karrots. Before contacting Buddy to get his son, his brother would escort them out of the rural home they had and to a ship where Hop would return to Karrots for the first time since conception.

Many Hops from Karrots admired this privilege, as only Sop's involvement with the leaders, and his son's experience there were public back home. Once full disclosure between the races were mutually public, many Hops grew to hate the K'Ursans and questioned Sop's motives, but no one was foolish enough to question it, as it was his personal Hoppist Journey.

During this time, most Hop-K'Ursan animosity is rooted in disagreement in how they run their society and treat their planet. Hops treat Karrots as a holy and sacred world for themselves, a safe space to grow on their own. K'Ursans embrace others and allow them on their world to enhance themselves. Despite this, they are equally advanced, due to the logistical problems of the Federation's philosophy in action, compare to the Hops tending to be very effective, but typically lazy or pre-occupied with Hoppism. Hops that were allowed to be created and raised on K'Ursa are dual-citizens, which are unique due to the troubles their parents would go through to be there. They are welcome to Karrots as long as they are a Hoppist or respect the societal rules of the world, such as non-monetary trade or volunteering in the military.

The skies are mostly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide and various trace elements, including lead, argon and bezzoth (sulfur). Due to the planet's size, starlight takes ages to reach the surface, but often its rays are trapped and cause a heating effect. However, with only one star, and a small number of gas giants eclipsing the view, it can go dark for long periods of time, releasing most of the heat as the nights go on. With no pollution, the air is entirely renewable and fresh. Most of the heat sensed at night actually stems from the planet's core.

Most a sea of rolling hills and mountainous structures, the general surface of K'Ursa is the highly populated capital world of the K'Ursan Federation, and as such it hosts numerous buildings and cities. Dotted from hemisphere to hemisphere, several above-ground and underground roads lead between major centers. Most cities are simply residences for K'Ursan allied races that choose to live there. Several buildings and other constructs line the world, all enforced by the combined militaries of the Federation. On K'Ursa, there are no central military buildings, as each faction of the alliance is controlled by designated (and council approved) leader aboard capital ships that loom the entire planet, hovering above the cities.

Few untouched parts of the terrain remain, however, because of this, they are pre-defined reserves, to ensure the natural plant life of the world remains intact. Most reserves are allowed to have visitors if they contribute to protecting the land, given they are certified by the proper organizations. Beings like organics are allowed to be buried or deposited there once perished. Hops are particularly banned from this area unless they were made on K'Ursa and meet the requirements to care for them. This privilege does not extend to other beings such as family.

Modern underworld conditions reflect Karrots in terms of layout and effective tunnels/lanes. It complements surface constructions and grants a greater amount of traffic capacity when needed. Although it is supplementary to the above-ground portions. The underground civilization only exists in the capital and industrial cities, where rural areas have a stern ban on ground molestation. Part of the reason is K'Ursan culture respects leaving nature untouched, whereas Hoppist culture does so within bounds of beliefs. Co-existing worlds under Hoppist control do not have similar restrictions, causing disagreements. K'Ursans also save space in order to reserve it for temporarily sheltering other beings on their heavily defended planet, which extends to the tunnels, often laced with checkpoints, scanners, and tollways to prevent traffic jams and clutter. Loitering underground is prohibited for these reasons.

Eventually they banded together and created a machine that would pull the water from the moon to the planet. It absorbs thousands of crop worthy amounts of water everyday, and it feeds the planet and the Hops.

Eventually the planet began to bloom, and it became a sanctuary for Hops and plant life.

As 1SA began, Karrots had a minor change. The plant life better grew to using less water, and a large river divided the equator, and both stars appeared different due to a new chemical being introduced to the atmosphere, iron. This was useful in future developments in Hop technology.

After Sop Ascended and the Civil War broke out, Hop used their homeworld as headquarters and refuge for Hops seeking shelter from the conflict. After the end of the war, Hops eventually all left the planet in attempts to reinstate good standing with alien life.

Long after that Hops began to slow disperse to other planets. After a long time, Hop left to search for more life. He arrived at Earth and now lives there.

The ground is mostly hills and plains, filled with grass and vastly spread out trees. There are only four types of trees, two main vegetables, one kind of grass, and one animal race. With two stars the entire planet is covered in grass and dirt, and water is absorbed from the moon.

The very most northern section is flat, rocky and cold, and very little life is there. This area is ideal for Hops to train and test technology in without endangering the planet. Most of the danger from the experiments effects life and development, since most of it is for military use. Certain sections have been heavily banned due to radiation and sharp edges due to fragmentation of the terrain. The largest above ground construction is the '''[[Grand Sop Army Academy]]'''.

The trees compose of birch (the least common), oak (the most common), tuthos (tu-thus) (a red barked, and white leaf tree that smells like vanilla) and yuritha (yor-ith-aé) (an tree similar to oak, but thousands of times stronger and older).

After Sop ascended, a large and deep river of fresh water went around the entire equator of the planet. It is used for training Hops to fight on water worlds and for carrot growth.

Since time immemorial, Hops have lived in the underground of the planet to have a home that avoids intense sunlight. Most try to burrow deeper to make room to spawn more Hops, and store carrots. An adult could make a hole 10 hops long every microrbit, usually for storage. Hops make smaller spots to nestle in and breed.

Heat is controlled through vents in the tunnels and water wells made to flood caverns during the peak summers.

The underground warrens are mostly lit with GloLites, which are carrot-powered luminescent bulbs that project light beams. They emit no heat and are small enough to be fit into any part of the tunnels. They are water proof and can withstand any condition on the planet, but are typically made for military purposes in order to be more durable. They can be reverted back into carrots or used as vessels for newborns from the tunnels to the surface during night. Pitch black tunnels are usually storage areas.

== Regions (Political Map) ==
The surface (including underground) of Karrots is divided into 4 territories along its equator and 4 hemispheres. The Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest. These were defined long in hop history before any major bodies or beliefs ruled over the world, as astronomers observing the horizon and the moon determined the planet was a round spheroid, making globes that could be charted as history progressed.

=== Northwest Hemisphere - West D'lusiah ===
In this region are mostly developed industries including most major manufacturers, creating goods such as weapons and everyday items. This is due to the strong environmental resources of the area. Like the southeast, many types of forests and lush plains existed here. However most now exist in Pobssith.

This region shares a name with its northern neighbor. The name originates from an old folktale of a hop named D'lusiah and his explorations of the upper hemisphere. Hops don't live here commonly, but nearly 10%-20% of the planet's population make home here, at least for work. They tend to travel to other regions for retirement.

=== Northeast Hemisphere - East D'lusiah ===
This area is mostly a vast expanse of buildings and numerous gardens, hosting most of the residences of the surface-dwelling hops. The Grand Sop Army Academy is located here, as well as its numerous training grounds. When Hop was young and training vigorously with his father he caused a massive crater in the ground as wide as a galaxy. This area is now named M'mimk'erv, also known as "The Great Divide" translated from old Hopspeak. Hop's mother hails from this territory.

At least 50% of the planet's hops live here, split between above ground and underground.

=== Southwest Hemisphere - Ambaria ===
Considered the wild country of the planet, mostly being plains and underground civilization, this is where most cultivating is done. The Supreme Court of the Council Courts used to exist here before destroyed by Sop. Some time later the Royal Ampbersamd Company was founded here.

Many hops travel here for leisure, due to the windy and scenic nature of the area. Often, hops going on long Journeys tend to travel this area for spiritual release and guidance. To honor this tradition, Sop had his temple built in the region near his family home. This area gets its name from a plant that only grows in summer season. It is calculated 20% of the world's hops live here.

=== Southeast Hemisphere - Pobssith ===
This is preserved land that all active Hoppists refuse to inhabit due to the desire to keep parts of the planet untouched and sacred. Many non-Hoppist hopfolk (indigenous tribes and monks, mainly) live here. Undisturbed and left to their own beliefs, they desire to live without society and technology, as well as a different religion. It is the most pure bastion of nature on the planet, home to the great forests B'ludiah (b-loo-dii-uh) and Himpft (hih-mpfft). The resting place of many hops is here, where they sit atop a stone platform and meditate eternally, or until they are done with their Journey.

Drones are prohibited in this region, as well as vehicle travel. Any hops renouncing their dedication Hoppism on Karrots are guided here to enjoy a life without obligation. During the Endless War for the Eternal Throne, Sop openly stated that regardless of the number and intensity of Hoppists, it is their belief that they defend those that do not follow the Hoppist way. Airspace above Pobssith is restricted unless being defended in times of war, segregated by a laser gate dotting the atmosphere.

This region gets its named from the tribes living here, translating from old Hopspeak to mean "quiet land". Roughly 5%-10% of the hops live here at any time, as residents periodically travel into a neighboring territory to pursue a different lifestyle.

== The Moon, Renshia ==

Renshia is covered almost entirely in water, and dotted with small islands, which grow grass and carrots when given enough light. The mantle is thin and hollow, with pores exposing its core. A majority of the inner core is composed of ice and stone pillars, composed of fractals of more and water and stone, appearing to infinitely produce water and rock. The water passes through the small amounts of land via rivers, underground passages and constant rainfall.

=== Spatial Properties & Seasonal Effects ===
It's about half the size of the homeworld it revolves around, and takes .05% of an orbit to make a rotation, and half an orbit to make a revolution.

It rarely eclipses either star, due to the poor timing of the planet and moon around their stars. When it does, carrot growth is slowed, and most Hops on that side of the planet are forced into a short hibernation period as a result. During an eclipse moon glows a dark blue, and the sound of the water being transported to the planet emits a synthetic instrument sound, that soothes and relaxes many those that hear it. The temperature on the dark side is dramatically reduced as a result. Drops in heat only effect the viscosity of the ground and how fast plant life grows, as the water remains liquid despite the cold.

=== Visitation ===
Hops are permitted travel to the moon to collect water for their farms, for science and leisure, after being inspected by the military, to ensure they cannot pollute the waters in anyway.

The Grand Sop Army hosts numerous natural-process water filtering stations, using the ground and a grass-made screen to capture bacteria and chemicals in order to feast of them, while allowing clean water to pass through. All water goes back into the water table by evaporation.[[Category:Hoppism]]
