The New Sop Order
Summary
The New Sop Order was a military inspired movement that later became a faction after the ascension of Sop and began to conquer the new and greatly expanded Universe. They conquered numerous galactic clusters within one orbit of their formation.
They were seen as a radical alliance and composed of over 10^100 soldiers. All forms of the military were trained to be as skilled as Sop was before ascension, and given their own GloLites to fight with. They had no use for vehicles.
The Order enslaved or killed off all races they encountered, excluding a small number of allies, like the Turqs. The Turqs were originally a neutral faction that was left alone due to the nature of their home-world, but Sop sought them out and had them forge a wedding gift for his wife. Due to this, the planet was considered holy ground to the NSO, when in reality they were just a distant merchant world in a dangerous part of an otherwise bland galaxy. The Turqs were betrayed by the NSO by the time of The Battle of Tuirqo.
History
Rise and Fall
Shortly after the ascension of Sop, an enormously large part of the Hop population has been negatively inspired to conquer all of the new Universe. Becoming militarized, and violent, they left their worlds in manifest of the new space.
After the 3rd galactic cluster, Greater Hoalmims, was conquered, Hop had announced his father was not pleased with the NSO's actions and began an all out civil war among all Hop factions.
This civil war lasted over 100 orbits, before the NSO surrendered to Hop's forces at The Battle of Tuirqo (tu-eer-ko) and reverted to Hoppism. The losses of Hops were very small, but trillions upon trillions of star systems were razed of matter entirely in the conflict. The largest lost was the possible extinction of the Turqs and their technology.
Influence
Most surviving planets began to fear Hopkind, and the power they held. Hop had to ask his father about the consequences of their actions. Sop and Gop decided to revoke the immortality of the traitors, and weaken their power. As a result, all subsequent uprises and militias were short lived, hardly lasting an orbit each.
Relations with alien life improved very gradually, as it took eons for races to learn to not run from Hops.
