History

Early Life

Little is known of his history, not even his true name. Before earning the Vehv title and becoming an honorary Knight, Buddy introduced his elder brother, "Frhank" to Sop and his newly baptized son, Hop. It was explicit that his real identity not be shared beyond his brother and close K'Ursan allies.

Generally, "Frhank" was not known to the broader public until debuting under his stage name to protect his identity. The name doesn't translate to any word in Hopspeak nor other universal languages, as it has an internal meaning in Buddy's family.

"Frhank" started his early career on his homeworld, the K'Ursa planetary system, as a sports legend. He was vastly more powerful and quick to react than his opponents. Among his kind, only Buddy has proven outright stronger. He states he is proud of his younger brother, rather than jealous, despite Buddy's strength not being genuinely earned in his opinion.

He was present when Sop and Buddy forged The Alliance Treaty and signed it. Later expeditions with Sop and training his son, Hop, proved that "Frhank" holds nearly all the same values of a hopfolk and was granted the role of an honorary Knight of Sop alongside Buddy.

By raw stats, "Frhank" is beyond most of hopfolk in power as well, surpassing even multiple Knights of Sop in combat. His earliest feats were involved in Hop's training, key in mastering his self control, as well as match Sop in sparring combat. Later feats include his support of the Grand Sop Army in the Hop Civil War, as well as capturing fierce criminals that terrorized the universe.

Before that, he was undercover, posing as part of a shadowy group on K'Ursa. They sought to destroy the Federation after accumulating all the resources of the political entity, then leave the observable universe in a scorched wake. He removed and exposed each member publicly by himself and saved his people and their allies from near-certain doom. This led to his popularity rising across space, as numerous galaxies swore he was a gift from The Fluff itself.

Modern Activity

Due to his heroics, strength and reliable personality, Hop chose him to accompany Arritz the Hero to capture W'Nan-Sie for his crimes. His role was enormously helpful, as his resources, strict personal code and ungodly strength were needed to be certain that the terrorist would be caught.

Once completed, he returned to K'Ursan Federation service as co-chancellor and a public hiprscip superstar. He often directly patrols worlds for dangerous organizations, upholding the laws of worlds for K'Ursan allies, as well as training their soldiers in tactics and wrestling/combat protocol. He entertains several fans by making surprise appearances for charity events and often donates spoils of conflicts to communities to make use of.

Rarely he stops his busy work for personal matters. When he does, he is found participating in his sporting hobby or his occasional knack for guiding actors on how best to portray him in entertainment and media. His movies and shows have made him a living legend beyond a historical and political degree. Beings across space view him as a godlike hero with an upstanding personality.

His K'Ursan paperwork and legal activities are frequently handled by Buddy, while public appearances and events are often handled by his assistant, Heziah, a Vulpinx from the Faltinah Planetary System.

Disappearance

One day, during the later years of the Second Great Hop Expansion, he mysteriously went missing. Prompting his brother to go looking for him. They returned over a hundred orbits later with several stories to tell. However, they arrived in the midst of a massive war between Karrots and K'Ursa. His brother and he met with Hop to restore the Alliance Treaty and ended the war shortly after.

He and his brother authored their odyssey and shared their dual-perspective tale in a book that is highly popular among historians, starcharting agencies and the youth.

Notable Qualities & Honors

Vehv "Frhank" is an honorary Hoppist and is to be treated with the same reverence as a Knight of Sop would be. He is a reliable ally and exemplifies all Hoppist qualities but physical. He has no official rank, but is to be treated as respectfully as Hop and Sop would be. On several witnessed occasions, Vehv "Frhank" displayed the following:

• Protection of the innocent, even of those who are not his kind nor his allegiance. On one occasion, he saved a foe from the doom of a black hole by throwing himself in his place and launching the enemy back to safety.
• Neutralized a black hole, halting entropy.
• Swore to the Alliance Treaty.
• Often reflects on his action and mindset.
• He was once granted entry to the Temple of Sop of High Pyrion.
• He lifted a tectonic plate of a world during a fight with The New Sop Order during The Battle of Tuirqo at the climax of the Hop Civil War.
• He has been the K'Ursan hiprscip heavyweight champion for several thousand orbits straight.
• Pulverized a planet-sized space station that powered a superweapon capable of absorbing stars and faster-than-light travel.
